Manopla Hulk Atrapabolas.

De este juguete se hicieron varias versiones (creo que de Spiderman, Capitán América y Thor, pero no estoy seguro). Mi elección estaba clara. A mí me gusta Hulk.

Es probable que fuese una cosa de la moda que tuvimos con la serie de actores de Hulk y que aquí vimos en 1980. Lo que fuese; Hulk era mi personaje favorito. Y no hay más.

Esta manopla de fieltro con la cabeza de Hulk en plástico semi-rígido se usaba como manopla para atrapar una bola con grafitos al estilo del velcro y que servía para jugar a algo parecido a lanzar la pelota de baseball y recogerla con un guante.

La pelota cayó por el balcón cuando estaba de veraneo en Cullera y no recuerdo el año. Pienso que 1981 o 1982.

Luego, la manopla se transformó en marioneta y me gustaba más. Era tener un Hulk con movimiento. Se puede ver de dos maneras: o la imaginación de los niños es desbordante y aprovechan cualquier oportunidad para demostrarlo o "el que no se anima es porque no quiere".

Dungeons and Dragons, 3rd Edition Adventure Game.

The 3rd Edition of D&D was really something. It was anticipated a whole year in the pages of the Dragon Magazine and when the three basic volumes come out for sale, there was something else to promote the new d20 rules. And this was the Adventure version.

In RPG an adventure version is a game where the characters are already generated (like in the SAGA system) and the rules are easier than the basic RPGs’. Here is a character sheet of one of my favourite characters, Tordek the dwarf.

The box set contained a reduced Rule Book, a book of Adventures, a colour collection of character sheets, a set of tokens and a pack of dice. Everything anyone needs to start playing a RPG (well, a group of friends would be great too).

The rules take care of the evolution of the Adventure Characters from the beginning to level 3, where you really need the basic Player’s Handbook. But many people that I played with in my RPG days, new less than the rules this 32 book contain. It is so dynamic in its writing and so clear that it was a nice introduction to d20 rules system.
