Kiss, What a wonderful band!
Being about twelve years old, I listen to Lick It Up. It was OK, but it wasn’t really Great. The verse was catchy but nothing more.
A year later, I found I’ve Had Enough (Into The Fire), and it blew my mind out. The credits were poorly written and it considered that this song was Heaven’s On Fire. For a long time, I thought that this was the name of the song until I bought Animalize (as a Tape). I think Kiss was obsessed by the Fire.
I like all about this song. It begins in Full Throttle. Paul Stanley’s voice is amazing and all members of the band are at its peak. Eric Carr playing a 16 Beat on Drums, Mark St. John as fast an furious as possible and the creative duo of Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley leading the energy into a wonderful song.
I know that Animalize is not an important LP in Kiss Discography but I think that Side A is the best of all of their 80s recordings (I won’t mention Side B, because I don’t like it).

I've Had Enough (Into The Fire)
How many times have they lied with the truth in their eyes
Treat you like dirt, wasting the days of our lives
They try and deny it, ain't gonna buy it, just look around
Before it's all over, it's gonna get rough
I've had enough
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Nothing and no one is stopping me now
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Just hang tough and we'll make it some how
How many times have you given up more than you got
Countin' on things turnin' out, but you know they will not
Ain't gonna take it, kick it and break it, just look around
Before it's all over it's gonna get rough
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Nothing and no one is stopping me now
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Just hang tough and we'll make it somehow
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Nothing and no one is stopping me now
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Just hang tough and we'll make it somehow
Wishin' and hopin' won't get you nothin'
Prayin' and schemin', no time for dreamin'
I've got the power, this is the hour now
Wishin' and hopin' won't get you nothin'
Prayin' and schemin', no time for dreamin'
I've got the power, this is the hour now
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Nothing and no one is stopping me now
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Just hang tough and we'll make it somehow
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Nothing and no one is stopping me now
(Out of the cold into the fire)
Just hang tough and we'll make it somehow
