A song from U2 third album, War. With a new recording on the market, remembering this 1983 tune is something that I love to share with you.
The electric, nervous rhythm of their first decade could be found all over this song. Two Hearts Beat As One is one of my all time favourite U2 songs and seems to be almost forgotten. That’s the reason I recover it. And the « parisien » video is way cool.
One curious stuff: Did you know that U2 regain their fame at Limerick where they won a talent Show for about £500 in 1978. That’s a start! Some good things come from Ireland, Don’t you think?

Ya se que voy a sonar totalemnte repelente y rarita, y mas viviendo en su propio pais, pero nunca he soportado a U2. Me gustaron algunas de las primeras canciones en su tiempo, pero poco mas. No los soporto.
Pues a mi me gustan antes y ahora
No he sido fan de U2 nunca, pero los primeros discos tienen gracia. Es cierto que hubo una época en la que Bono estaba hasta en la sopa. Y también que no han sonado así de frescos (como en el video, quiero decir) desde hace más de una década.
