Well, we go for the final story of the Atari Force series. Tempest has regained his energies and knows where to look for his friends and family, so he tries hard and as a low quality phasing ability.

Meanwhile, in Scanner One we discover that Blackjak is able to see auras, meaning that he can see what another person is thinking and feeling.

Dart feels that Tempest needs help and together they manage to reunite the two young heroes.
Now everybody is happy. Dart considers that her vision means that Blackjak must be leading them to New Earth.
And so he does. But he needs his old camera-eye and the Tazlings helps him. There they go!

TITLE. A Boy and His Hukka
NUMBER OF PAGES. 7
WRITER. Dave Manak
PENCILER. Marshall Rogers

A great story that reminds me of many stories. This is the first time Tempest phases through a glass, like Harry Potter. Hukka, being lost in the Wal-Mart and running in a strange toy-car from a big monster-dog is like Gizmo running from the Gremlins that want to kill him. Great story.

John Coates (Conway, SC) loved the giant ants with arms and says that 30 days until the next issue is too much. Billy Moorhouse (Florence, SC) praises Rident. Todd Emoto (Edmonds, WA) and Wad Young loved the cover of issue fourteen. Bob Caswell (Amherst, MA) is a fan and a retailer in a comic store. He enjoyed the stories, but says that the book is no big-seller because many people relate the comic to videogames. Back at that days, it was a bad thing. In the Answer, we can see that the book was about to be cancelled by the comments of Helfer.

Kimberly Robbins (Philadelphia, PA) discovered, as I did, that Taz was in fact a “She”. Ralph Ienco (Ontario, Canada) wanted more than sixteen pages main feature.

ATARI FORCE #19.

Scanner one and the Atari Force Crew are back in New Earth, but the Welcoming Committee is not really pleased with that. Hunter jumps from bed, knowing who are the members of ship.

Firing batteries salutes them. And they are aiming to them. Scanner One falls. They’ll be arrested for treason.

The crew has landed and they are attack by security forces.

Kragg, being the newest member (after the Tazlings) fights like a lion, but a few moments latter, all of them are directed to their cells (all but Rident, of course).

And the next day they face the trial…

TITLE. Taz
NUMBER OF PAGES. 7
ARTIST. Ed Hannigan
INKS. Bill Wray
LETTERER. Bob Lappan
EDITOR. Andy Helfer

This story tells the adventure of Taz just before the Babe story issue, explaining the reason she is carrying his companion’s body. It is an almost wordless story, reminiscent of Enemy of Mine.
Hannigan is a great artist and this story is a state-of-art work. So detailed and complex that illustrates the terrible story perfectly. Taz must co-work with the killer of her companion to survive. But in the end, vengeance pays its tribute. And She carries the body of his beloved.

Michal Pigott (Victoria, Autralia) comments the Legion of Superheroes filling in the Pakrat solo adventure. Lynn Tucker (Las Vegas, Nevada) praises the change in Rident’s personality. David Alan Wright (New Britain, CT) also comments the Pakrat party with so many celebrities. Ralph Wong (San Francisco, CA) praises the back-up story of Pakrat. It was a fine success.

T. M. Maple (Weston, ONT) comments the different approach the new artist team gave Atari Force. Jason Wiley (Vergennes, VT) guessed about Babe and the ant monsters inconsistencies. Ron Fortier (Somersworth, NH) praises Mike Baron script.

Se publicaron en la primera hornada de Ediciones Zinco y sólo se publicaron trece de los veinte números. En cualquier librería de viejo seguro que hay números.
