The third chapter in the Special Edition of the Micronauts takes place on Earth and in Karza's Head Quarters. We are close to the end of the Earth part of the saga.

Steve thinks that his father has died and runs away form H.E.L.L. Labs. With the help of the Micronauts, he lands safely into a truck that makes his way out of the confinement. They need to "feed" the Endevour and return to the Microverse as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile, his father, Ray, falls into the Microverse in a separate path than Doctor Prometheus does. Ray meets the time travellers while Philip Prometheus looses his sanity and is captured by Karza.
Prince Argon is set to freedom by Slug, who discovers that his beloved has turned into a centaur.

Steve leads his new friends to a swamp where they could rest for a while. This is the perfect time Biotron tells Marionette (and as a side effect, he tells us!) the story of Arcturus Rann. The way his parents (Dallan and Sepsis) send him into the bast Microverse in a suspended animation state inside the Endevour and using Biotron, the most perfect robot there was ate the time, to help him make contact with other Microverse cultures.
In that thousand years period, Karza gained the main position, killed his parents and Commander Rann made contact with many cultures while gaining an unprecedented awareness that make him link with Biotron... and with the Time Travellers (more on this soon!).
The Man-Thing becomes curious with the tiny people and the Micronauts must run away.
Karza arrives to Earth, using Doctor Prometheus body as a vehicle, bringing hell to H.E.L.L. labs. Captain universe, a herald made of Ray body plus Time Traveller's power confronts Karza.
Back in the Microverse and in Homeworld, the rebel forces are becoming victorious.
