Panicked by the massive systemic spikes from Adrian's show of force, the team moves into a desperate, synchronized damage-control operation to erase their presence before high-level Daemons can triangulate their position. Inside the burning database, Amanda copies the final Root exit coordinates onto her rig while Billy and Tink pull a dual-terminal remote purge, burning through every digital log, profile, and physical hard-drive backup linked to the PCs to leave an absolute data void behind them.

To buy Amanda the critical seconds she needs to reach the ventilation shafts, Adrian keeps his reality-bending shield flared against an onslaught of fresh corporate counter-measures. The extreme data strain of holding back the system’s architecture comes at a devastating cost; as the connection violently tears him away, the stabilizing patch Tink applied completely unravels, wounding his digital core and causing his form to snap back to his original glitched, code-leaking appearance. As the vault crumbles into deleted space, Amanda slips out of the ventilation shaft, clutching the final coordinates, just as the regional grid sector collapses into static.
